No, currently we do not charge setup costs for VPS servers
How long do I have to wait to have my VPS running?
VPS are delivered between 3 and 5 minutes after payment is received
Can I migrate to a bigger VPS if I need more resources?
Yes, you can migrate to a VPS as long as it is larger than your current VPS, but it is not possible to reduce VPS.
How many emails can I send?
Your VPS has no limit for sending emails. However, we can suspend the service if we detect that it is used for illegal fines or sending spam.
Is it possible to configure PTR or rDNS record?
Of course! We can modify the registry whenever you want.
What operating systems can I choose?
You can choose between the following operating systems: Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, Alma Linux.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by credit / debit card, payment market or Paypal. Bank transfers only from Argentina.
Are the VPS managed?
No, the VPS are not managed. If you need support to perform a task, our specialized team will be able to help you, although this may have an additional fee.
Can I access my server by VNC?
Yes, in case you have any problem accessing your server via SSH, you can access it remotely via VNC
Can I see the resource usage in real time?
Yes, from the VPS administration panel you can see the statistics in real time and over time.
What does Hypervisor KVM mean?
The KVM hypervisor is a part of the Linux operating system kernel and uses hardware-level virtualization to improve the performance of virtual machines and provide a user experience similar to that of a native operating system.
Can I configure a firewall on my VPS?
Yeah! From the control panel of your VPS you will have access to the configuration of your firewall where you can configure which incoming and outgoing ports you will allow.
Can I request more IP addresses for my VPS?
IP addresses are requested on demand, we can usually provide the IP addresses you need. Contact our support to find out the cost of each additional IP address.
