Yes, the administration panel allows you to make recordings of your programs in MP3 format to later download them or configure them in the autoDJ playlists. Recordings will occupy the allocated space of your plan.
Can I see listener statistics?
Yes, the admin panel has a statistics function that allows you to see the number of listeners and other important metrics, which is useful to understand the reach and impact of streaming audio.
Can I set up auto-dj automatically if my stream goes offline?
Yes, in case you have a failure with your internet and the transmission is disconnected, you can configure the Auto-DJ to start automatically transmitting a pre-configured playlist.
Where are the servers for the Streaming service physically located?
The servers are located in the United States. If you require any special location, contact our support team for advice.
What do I need to go live?
You need compatible audio streaming software, a stable internet connection, and a sound card or audio capture device to capture the audio from the source you want to stream. If you need help at any time, you can contact the Xweb support team.
What happens if I reach the maximum number of concurrent listeners?
In this case, while the maximum number of simultaneous listeners is occupied, new users who want to enter to listen to your transmission will not be able to do so. We recommend hiring the plan that best suits your needs and extending it if necessary.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by credit / debit card, Mercado Pago, Paypal. Bank transfers only from Argentina.
Can port 80 be used to avoid blocking from certain ISPs?
All our plans stream over port 80 and 443 (SSL) to prevent your transmission from being blocked by some ISPs or firewall rules from some institutions.
Is it necessary to have an AM or FM radio station?
Although our service is designed for AM or FM radio stations, you can contract this service without having a local radio station. More and more radio stations transmit only over the Internet and this is a suitable service for both cases.
